As a Senior Consultant with LEGACY CONSULTING GROUP, Mrs. Davis draws on 15 years experience in community health, physician collaboration planning, and strategic business development within multiple healthcare organizations. Her clients have included large multi-site hospital systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and physician groups. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, financial/portfolio analysis, and product line business planning. Mrs. Davis has been involved in board retreats, business strategy sessions, and financial planning engagements.
Prior to joining LEGACY, Mrs. Davis was responsible for strategic business planning and health network development for two of the South’s premier healthcare systems and is well versed in operations, finance, and strategic planning. For one of those systems she developed and implemented the physician practice acquisition strategy, physician compensation methodology, and a practice management organization. Prior to that she directed the operations, finance, and strategic planning for a large multispecialty physician group. Her consulting experience began as an operations analyst, conducting system wide projects focused on enhancing efficiencies and reducing costs of inpatient facilities.
Mrs. Davis holds an undergraduate degree in Management and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
